everybody needs

to pity themselves a little

It is needed

to come out of that fog

When you are stuck in the fog

you need to cry a bit

before you can find your way out

tears might be your medicine

tears might be needed to heal

so next time they punch you down

next time they scream until you drown

don't listen to them

cry out the pain

cry out the self pity

and when you are ready

show them your inner storm
